A must visit for the Pass! Outstanding restaurant with large range of seafood options as well as other choices. Especially recommend charbroiled oysters and the bread pudding- which we came for- but we also had fantastic jalapeno poppers and sandwiches. Very attentive , friendly and professional staff. We were seated quickly and visited often. Recommend very highly!

If you want to feel like you're on vacation at the beach, just go to Bacchus and sit at the open air bar. The Gulf view is spectacular, the drinks are amazing, the firecracker shrimp was so yummy, and the charbroiled oysters were out of this world! It's an amazing place to spend a lazy, beachy, tropical afternoon!
Visited after a afternoon at the beach in Bay St Louis. I had Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich and side Ceasars salad they had gorgeous salad with seared tuna and chicken and roast beef and shrimp poorboy with fries filled our tummies left very satisfied.
This is the first time we have eaten at Baccus on the Beach. We WILL go back. The service was great, the food was amazing, it was very clean, it was not loud as it is in other restaurants. We absolutely enjoyed eating there yesterday 7/26/25
Popular area restaurant, huge outdoor space with a cover so it’s perfect for a warm day, even if there’s rain. Went for brunch, exceptional service even during the rush. And this area is pretty small so feels welcoming and everyone knows someone else. Got the oyster variety, and the eggs Benedict. Food was delicious. And I like that there’s a large bar right in the center, so it’s a great place to come for drinks.
I treated myself to a feast at Bacchus on the Beach, and it was absolutely worth it! I ordered the Mardi Gras Poppers, a dozen combo oysters, the ribeye meal with loaded potatoes, and for dessert, I went all out with the bread pudding, sea salt caramel cheesecake, and key lime pie. Definitely a lot of food for one person, but I have no regrets bc it was all delicious. The ribeye was incredibly tender and juicy, cooked to perfection. The loaded potatoes were fantastic, packed with flavor and the perfect side to the steak. The Mardi Gras Poppers were amazing because they were crispy, cheesy, and full of flavor. My only complaint? I wish there were more, because they were that good! The oysters were absolutely fantastic, fresh and flavorful. If you’re an oyster lover, you won’t be disappointed. And to top it all off, the desserts were excellent. The bread pudding was rich and comforting, the sea salt caramel cheesecake was perfectly balanced between sweet and salty, and the key lime pie was light, tangy, and refreshing which was a great way to end the meal. On top of the incredible food, the customer service was absolutely amazing. The staff were super joyful to be around, making the dining experience even better. The service was also insanely quick, which was impressive considering the amount of food I ordered. Overall, Bacchus on the Beach delivers on both quality and hospitality. Whether you’re going big with a feast or just stopping in for a great meal, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend!
My mother found this little gem driving one day by herself stopped there and love it!! So for her 67th birthday she decided to host her birthday dinner with y'all. It was a party of 12ppl. That was my 1st time there and I enjoyed y'all's food our waitress I even keep the receipt just to hope I get her again. Her name is Julie W. On August 9, 2025 around 4:07pm. I will be definitely be coming back to y'all!!!
Decent food, drinks, and prices, with enjoyable casual atmosphere with nice deck overlooking the coast. I got the happy hour bloody mary (good deal at $5, and decent flavor, but not very strong), Mississippi Mule (made with a local honeysuckle vodka), and crab melt (crab cake sandwich with smoked Gouda slice - didn't live up to my expectations for crab cakes, but the bar is high because I'm from Maryland!)
